Black sand traps, rugged, winding terrain, amazing mountain views and plenty of challenge, the Old Works course in Anaconda, MT is truly a golf spectacle. As one of Nicklaus' Signature courses, you know you will be in for a treat upon arrival and the entire experience will keep you engaged from start to finish.

 

Built around an old mining site you will get an immediate appreciation for the imagination required to turn a once barren wasteland into a stunning golf odyssey. The green grass winds through black sand which was a bi-product of prior mining activity and the stark color contrast is candy for your eyes, although a bit of a challenge to play from.

 

The course leads you up the base of a hill providing plenty of elevation changes, challenging shots, and great perspective of the surrounding valley.
